Local campground in the San Gabriel mountains...some really nice spots along a creek off the west fork of the San Gabriel river.
Great place, the brook is really nice. We also had a bear come to the edge of camp. Blond back black bear. He has a yellow tag , whatever you that means.
Nice place close to home. Happy camper
12$ a night, sites are pretty good and have a barbecue as well as a fireplace nearby. There's also a small creek, lots of trees and basically free firewood. Only downside is that it's not the cleanest, especially regarding the restrooms.
Great campground, clean bathrooms, friendly host. Campsites are clean, there are fire rings on every site, and bbqs on every site. Fills up quickly on weekends, pretty quiet week days. Fees$12 nightly. Lots of hiking trails, and a creek . There are water stickers throughout campground and it is drinkable water.
