Have eaten in the cafe a few times and it's always good food. I can't give it 5 stars because even though the staff has been friendly there was a couple of times I felt they were being a little pushy to get us done and out the door before dessert and the restaurant wasn't busy nor close to closing. Maybe they wanted to hit the bar before it closed?
Great meatloaf chili chicken fried steak ... very tasty food friendly service as well
This is my favorite place to eat brunch in Wrightwood. My boyfriend and I head up to the Evergreen Cafe on the motorcycle about once every month. The food is simple and tasty. I love the omelettes and French toast! The coffee is good. The staff is great. This is a locally owned and operated restaurant. Wrightwood is a small town in the mountains. The surrounding area is great for skiing, snowboarding, hiking, and photography. The town has many restaurants, boutiques, and antique stores, as well as bars, and a book store. We usually take a little walk after the plentiful portions of and hanging out on the patio for an hour or so!
My hubby Troy and I love it here we come at least once a week sometimes twice a week but food in town by far love love love it ❤ and the ladies are super friendly ❤
Not expensive but the cook needs to learn how to cook... will go back and try again..
Biscuits and gravy-ok, eggs-egg whites not cooked thoroughly, home fries- potatoes/onions/bell pepper still raw, bacon- deep fried, sausage-good. Service excellent, nice people. Good atmosphere,
